These Terms apply when a person visits nxvk.shop, uses its content, or submits an order to Nxvk. Store policies displayed with these Terms form part of the customer agreement, while legal protections that cannot be waived continue unchanged.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You represent that you have reached the legal age or age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that a parent or guardian has permitted a dependent to use this site. The website, products, and services must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users may not introduce harmful code, evade security, scrape protected material, misrepresent identity, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Customers are responsible for measuring their tabletop and considering the desired fabric drop before ordering. Published size, shape, material, colour, pattern placement, edge construction, care information, and package contents should be reviewed as a group.
SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may revise an unpurchased listing, assortment, availability, website feature, or future offer.
Paid order prices are protected by law. Nxvk will not unilaterally increase the price of a paid accepted order before dispatch. When a genuine technical, stock, or listing error prevents lawful fulfillment, we will explain the issue and offer the customer an available resolution, including cancellation and repayment when appropriate.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Checkout information must remain current, complete and accurate. This includes the customer's name, billing details, delivery address, email, and telephone number. Nxvk may seek clarification before accepting or releasing an order.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel a transaction reasonably associated with fraud, unauthorized payment, abusive conduct, resale patterns, or another high-risk circumstance. Any resulting refund and notice will be handled consistently with applicable law and the payment route used.
LISTINGS, ORDERS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We take reasonable care with product information, but display settings and ambient light can affect how textile colours appear. If an item received is incorrect, defective, or materially inconsistent with its listing, the Return & Refund Policy explains how evidence and review are handled.
Content on nxvk.shop, including copy, product photography, graphics, navigation, and brand elements, belongs to or is licensed to AMNAT RETAIL PTY LTD. Reproduction, automated extraction, republication, or commercial reuse requires permission. Third-party services remain governed by their own applicable terms.
SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. They do not exclude, restrict, or modify a statutory guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
