This notice describes personal information used by Nxvk and its operator, AMNAT RETAIL PTY LTD, when customers browse the site, order a dining tablecloth, ask for support, or exercise a privacy choice.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Device Information may include an IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, device identifiers, referring page, viewed pages, and activity recorded through Cookies or comparable technology. It is collected automatically by the storefront and service providers.
Order Information may include a name, billing address, shipping address, email, telephone number, ordered items, payment information, transaction reference, correspondence, and shipping or return history. Support messages can contain photographs and details voluntarily provided to resolve a request.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Order data allows us to fulfill orders, arrange for shipping, deliver invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate about service, process returns, maintain required records, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. Device data helps keep the site functional, assess aggregate performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
Marketing communications or audience measurement are used only where an available legal basis permits. Recipients can use an unsubscribe option or contact Nxvk to withdraw applicable consent.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. Limited information is shared with providers that perform hosting, checkout, payment, fraud review, analytics, communications, delivery, and customer support functions. PayPal processes complete payment credentials. Nxvk does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may disclose information when needed to respond to valid legal process, protect customers and the business, investigate misconduct, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
Interaction data may contribute to targeted advertising and measurement when allowed by law. Google choices are available at Google Ads Settings, and broader industry choices are available at optout.aboutads.info. Device and browser settings can also restrict Cookies.
YOUR RIGHTS
Available privacy rights vary by residence and may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Nxvk may verify identity or an authorized agent before releasing or changing protected information and may retain records where law requires.
Requests from United States customers are considered under applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. As the operator is established in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles are also applied where relevant. The scope of a request remains subject to lawful exceptions.
RETENTION, SAFEGUARDS AND TRANSFERS
Order and support records are retained only for periods reasonably connected to service, accounting, dispute management, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use proportionate administrative, technical, and organizational protections, but no online method can promise absolute security.
Shopify and other providers may process information outside a customer's state or country. Contractual or other recognized safeguards are used when applicable to that processing.
