Return & Refund Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

Nxvk accepts returns for defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges when the replacement tablecloth is in stock. This procedure records the condition, mailing route, fee responsibility, and refund timing for each request.

RETURN WINDOW

Contact the store within 30 days after the order is delivered. A right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law is not reduced by this administrative window.

RETURN CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY

Accepted condition: new only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A tablecloth should remain clean, dry, unwashed, unaltered, and complete. Please include the entire single cloth and any original product sleeve or information supplied with it. Stains, laundering, cutting, sewing, dye transfer, prolonged dining use, missing parts, or damage unrelated to a defect can make an item ineligible unless a non-excludable legal remedy applies.

RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS

First, contact us at info@nxvk.shop. Include the order number, checkout email, product name, and reason for the request. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective delivery, attach clear photographs of the textile, outer carton, and shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return method is by mail. If the request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. The label method is Customer download/print; no return label is included in the original delivery package. Print the file, attach it over any previous carrier label, and follow the named carrier instructions.

Approved parcels are returned to Unit 1, 145 Tolley Road, St Agnes, SA 5097, Australia. Fold the cloth cleanly, keep it dry inside sturdy outer protection, and avoid fastening tape or labels directly to the textile.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

For an approved eligible request, the return shipping cost is covered by us. A customer does not pay for the supplied label. Shipping arranged independently, without approval or contrary to the provided routing, may not be reimbursed.

RESTOCKING FEE

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Review the delivered cloth promptly before washing or use. Photographs should show the full shape as well as the relevant weave, print, border, piping, hem, stain, tear, or other concern. After review, Nxvk may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another lawful resolution. Nothing in this process excludes mandatory guarantees or remedies.

EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept exchanges for an eligible tablecloth while the requested design is available. Start through the support email rather than placing an unapproved parcel in the mail. A cancellation request submitted before dispatch will be reviewed, but an order already transferred to a carrier must normally follow the return process after delivery.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

We inspect the delivered return against the approved request and notify the customer by email. An accepted refund is issued through PayPal to the original payment method. The credit should appear within 10 days after approval, subject to the posting cycle of PayPal, a card issuer, or a bank. If ten days pass after the approval message without a credit, contact info@nxvk.shop with the order reference.
