Shipping Policy

This schedule applies to Nxvk dining tablecloth orders delivered in the United States. It separates warehouse preparation from carrier travel so the estimate shown before purchase is easy to understand.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Daily cut-off is 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Payment-authorized orders received before that point begin the handling queue for 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Friday. Once transferred to a carrier, transit is estimated at 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Friday. Combined handling and travel produce a total estimated delivery time of 8-16 Business Days.

Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and carrier closure dates are not Business Days. A request to verify an incomplete address or unusual payment can delay release until the customer responds. Before dispatch, the team checks the selected cloth design and quantity, folds the textile to protect its finished edges, and reviews the sealed carton and delivery label.

SHIPPING COST

Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. The standard delivery charge is displayed as $0.00 USD at checkout.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Please enter a complete serviceable street address, including a unit or apartment number and postal code where relevant. Nxvk will email the customer if the submitted address cannot be validated for delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

Depending on destination, parcel routing, and service availability, a shipment may travel through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another established domestic carrier. The service selected for an individual order appears in its dispatch notice. Items from one order can arrive in separate cartons when inventory routing makes that necessary; no extra standard shipping fee is added.

ORDER TRACKING

The dispatch email supplies the assigned carrier and tracking number. Follow the email link or enter the number on the carrier's official website for the latest recorded scan.

If a parcel shows no movement for an unusual period, arrives with visible transit damage, or is marked delivered at an incorrect location, send the order number and available evidence to info@nxvk.shop. We will compare the tracking record with the order and assist with the appropriate carrier inquiry or customer remedy.
